Here's what to expect once you place an order with BNU Tap In.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping time & cost

Orders ship via UPS. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll make it right.

Incorrect address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and re-shipping to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.
