These terms govern your use of bnutapin.com and any BNU Tap In device (Band or Card). By purchasing a device, claiming one, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

BNU Tap In sells NFC wearables and cards that link to a digital profile you control. Tapping or scanning a claimed device opens that profile in the other person's browser — no app required.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information (name, phone, email) when claiming a device.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account may hold multiple claimed devices.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your content

You're responsible for everything you add to your public profile — your name, photo, bio, links, and contact details. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that impersonates someone else. We may remove profile content or suspend an account that violates this.

Purchases

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for order fulfillment and returns.

Devices and claiming

A physical BNU device is claimed to one account at a time. Once claimed, a device cannot be claimed by someone else unless it's unclaimed first. We're not responsible for a device claimed with incorrect contact information you provided.

Acceptable use

Don't use BNU Tap In to collect other people's information without their consent, to distribute malware or spam, to attempt to access accounts or systems you don't own, or to violate any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The BNU Tap In name, logo, site design, and software are owned by BLACKNUNITED. You retain ownership of the content you add to your own profile.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

BNU Tap In is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLACKNUNITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or devices. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
